How do I place an order?

Browse your favorite toys, add them to the cart, and checkout using your preferred payment method. You'll receive an order confirmation email instantly.

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can checkout as a guest. But creating an account helps you track orders, manage returns, and save your wishlist.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes — only if your order hasn’t been delivered yet. Email playpandatoys@gmail.com within 24 hours for cancellation. Once dispatched, cancellations aren't possible.

DELIVERY

When will my order be delivered?

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Do you offer free delivery?

We run free delivery promotions at times. Check our website or banners for active offers.

Which locations do you deliver to?

We currently deliver across India only.

How will I know when my order is out for delivery?

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

What if my delivery fails?

If the courier cannot deliver due to incorrect address or unavailability, the package may return to us. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in original condition.

How do I start a return?

Email playpandatoys@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you.

Which products are non-returnable?

Used toys, opened items, hygiene-sensitive items and personalised products cannot be returned.

Do you offer exchanges?

Not currently. You may return the product (if eligible) and place a new order.

Who pays for return delivery?

Customers pay the return delivery charges unless the item delivered is damaged or incorrect.

When will I get my refund?

After we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund/store credit.
